Super bien cette application, ma config: iPod touch 3 (64go) iOS 5.1.1 + synthstation 25 !!!!!

Okay... I was in professional music production for about 8 years and I have seen a lot. Euphonix mixers, sounddesigners with opened up Emulator III samplers to enhance the fantastic analouge filters even more. I was working in Abbey Road and joining a session in Tuff Gong Studios in Kingston. While today I am in digital strategy consulting, I still can not let my hands of music. I love listening and - if I have the time - producing for myself. This said, NanoStudio changed everything. If you have people argueing about the app and its limitations, expect those people to be in a state of cognitive dissonance. Imagine, you bought yourself sound equipment for tens- and hunderedthousands of dollars. And all of a sudden, an iPad app comes up, that does all that stuff. With a sound, that is broadcastable. Of course, you would say everything, just to justify your past investments. My suggestion: Sell that stuff as long there are people outthere, that did not get the shift. Buy an iPad, a huge libary of samples (iDisc is perfect for transfer). Thats it. Just for good voice recording - all that does not apply. But with the voice samples at hand, the app gives you all you might need.

Until NS 2 comes out, this is the best! Audio can be imported with samples, in case you need audio tracks.

Its a awesome designed and programmed mini - nano studio program. All cubase vst users should be use this program fast and intuitively. Its a complete solution to create sound with a ipod, ipad or iphone without any other things like a keyboard. Great. Its very impressive how many software synts , this eden synth, can be run parallel on a single ARM Coretx A8 Core like a IPod 4G. The FXs sounds also good and warm. Nice and very sophisticated work!!! Respect!!!

I have a few requests: First off the ability to add more tracks would be nice. Also the ability to blend bits/sections of a song together. And last a better sounding middle tom would be very nice.

By far surpasses my expectations. 15 $ is a little pricey... Id say 10.00 would be perfect .. But with a synth consisting of so many effects, the automated equalizer and the drum pads with endless combinations, you can pretty much get any sound you can think of , and if you cant think of any youll come up with something just playing around. Incredible for anyone wanting to start mixing, dj-ing or producing. For 15 bucks I hope the updates include more presets for FREE.. Also you CAN mix bits and such. Just mix your pieces into a pattern.. Offer VSTS or add-ons for a buck!

Got it last night and spent some time browsing the presets, AMAZING sound qulaity, but I was very DISAPOINTED to see that an app like this HAS NO ARPEGIATOR, and esseential ingediant for elelctronic music, I really hope tthat comes soon in an update.

Better than beatmaker 1 and 2. Just the right amount of trax to put down som ideas. Great interface and sounds are pretty dope right out the box. No problems so far but if anything , Ill holla

This is the apps i was waiting for its the best of is kind it really worth the price and it sounds amazing !

Worth every penny. Ive written so much already in the short time Ive had the app. Whenever inspiration strikes youre good to go. It was written very intelligently with love and care. Its also a pleasure to use and navigate. (I dont praise lightly, but I am here). If you know what youre doing you can even upload your own kits and samples for use in the program. Id like to see more patches or additional synths or fx but hell, this app is killer just as it is. Two thumbs up!

"Record samples using the built in microphone." I honestly thought this meant record with the built in microphone. I feel misled Super disappointed! It does have great samples though.

Someone comment on the extra tracks update! Is it worth paying for? Seems like something that should be in the realm of free updates to me... I bought this to use with the synthstation and I really appreciate the synthstation updates!

Its really worth the last $15 dollars I had. And it doesnt take long 2 load when you tap something. 5/5 stars

Id say Im speechless, but that would contradict the huge number of good things I have to say about this app. I havent even really used it yet, and Im completely blown away. In the half hour since I installed it Ive figured out pretty much every obvious feature. For those who are looking for something like Pro Tools or Logic etc., you need to buy a computer for that. This runs on your phone. YOUR PHONE! Deal with the limitations (and there really dont seem to be that many) and use it as a writing tool when youre away from your real gear. In terms of sound quality, its not what youll find in a desktop DAW, but again...... YOUR PHONE!!! Eden is however a surprisingly warm sounding synth, and will translate very nicely to some of my higher end synth plug ins once in Pro Tools. The drum samples leave a bit to be desired, but I plan to make a sampled kit or 2 from Superior Drummer and Battery for my use anyway so I dont really care. For me the dealbreaker is a flexible synth that can sound similar to what Ill use in the actual recording and Nanostudio delivers. I cant wait to have a real opportunity to put this through its paces. If youre thinking about buying it you definitely should. Depending on CPU performance Ill probably end up paying the $4.99 in app for the extra channels.

Nano Studio app is the greatest in all iPhone and iPad studio app Ive tried (and Ive tried them all). Worth totally the 15$ price. Its intuitive and still easy to use on an iPhone which is great. BUT to me theres an important feature missing which is the possibility to use an iRig (or other accessory) and plug my guitar in it. Thats where Garage band on iPad is better (but to me Nano Studio is waaay better and more complete on everything else). That would make it the greatest app ever! Until that day, do not hesitate to buy it. Its a studio in your pocket! Excellente application! Vraiment complète et facile dutilisation. Il ne manque que la possibilité dutiliser mon iRig pour brancher guit/bass (ce que Garage Band permet). Pour le reste Nano Studio est de loin le meilleur studio à trimballer avec vous!
